We opened to the public in the summer of 2014 with an innovative initiative in Chiclana: a quality project, a breath of fresh air and a solid commitment to service.
We are a gastronomic and socio-cultural reference point along the Barrosa Beach, the result of the balance among gastronomy, the design of the space, and the natural setting.
Respect for our world is a basic value at Mojama and to that end, we make use of energy conservation and public awareness programmes to keep our environment clean. Thanks to these initiatives, we have been awarded the Responsible Beach Restaurant Prize, given by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment through the Biodiversity Foundation.
At Mojama Beach we want to BE and take an active part in things. We want to BE in essence, not just circumstantially.
